Well, it’s obviously been a busy summer! And busy is always good! The boys are growing, growing, and…oh…did I mention growing?! Connor will be 3 years old in less than 2 weeks and Cole is already 10 months old. Connor is excited to be starting pre-school on 9/4 at the Creative Learning Center in Bristol, VA! We are thrilled! Ok – onto the pictures…

Did I mention they are enrolled in the same class in preschool? We are so excited!

And on 6/23….the day I’ve been waiting YEARS for! Jason and I went shopping and came home with a brand new van! It’s a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country…and it’s fully loaded…LOVE it! I still can’t believe it’s mine!

And the week of June 25-28 we had Vacation Bible School at church! It was awesome! The boys had a great time and so did Jason and I, being shepherds for the 4th graders! The them was “Dive in Deep with God.” Connor was in the Tadpole room and Cole was in the Minnows!

On 6/29 we all went out one last time with our friend, Michele, who moved to Richmond Our group is one runner down now and Connor has asked where his friend, Thian, is every day since they left
On July 1st, my parents came to visit us for a week! We had a great time. Here are some pictures…
On July 4th, this is how I found Cole sleeping…
We had a picnic at the weir dam at South Holston and enjoyed a leisurely day before heading to our friends’ house for a bar-b-que later that evening!
Hanging around the house with Grandma and Grandpa on 7/5
Grandma & Grandpa left on 7/6 We miss them so much.
On 7/7 we headed up to Virginia for a hike to the Devil’s Bathtub – it was a GREAT hike! Very difficult and we were not really able to run it. It culminated in a great dip in a deep swimming hole though!
Brother on 7/8
After his bath, he asked me if he could sit on the potty! What a big boy!
Cole began pulling up and standing on 7/12! So proud of him!
And…had his first taste of Ridgewood BBQ!
Honestly…I don’t know how he can sleep with all the toys he has in bed with him!
7/16…KONA!
Aaron and I ran a 7 mile trail race at Wolf Laurel on Bays Mountain! It was awesome! (Adriel was on vacation so she missed this one )

I always say that I am going to put the boys in the same room when Cole is a little older, well, here’s proof that Cole wants it that way. we had just put Connor to bed and went to get him a cup of water and this is where we found Cole…looking for his brother…
On 7/24, the boys and I headed down to see my dear friend, Cascia, and her family in Alabama. Cascia and I have been friends since 7th grade, drama class…20 years! Lucky for me when we both moved out of Florida, we moved pretty close to each other. So the boys and I headed down to Athens, Alabama! This is our “rest stop” at Cracker Barrel for lunch!
7/25 – this is Cole and his new buddy (Cascia’s latest little darling) Caroline (4 months old)
The boys had a BLAST playing while the babies goo’d and gaa’d at each other. This is Connor with Jack (5) and Adam (3)

The next morning, we headed to a drive through safari park! Check out the precious cargo!
Sorry, Cash, I had to – I love this picture
Cascia, saving Connor from the crazy turtles that were trying to eat his shoes…I hope the safari park pays for his therapy in a few years!

Cole is so proud of himself!
They were so happy to see each other this morning
Ok – really, I promise to update this sooner…when I find the time
