Weeks 23 and 24

The Past Couple of Weeks...

As you can see, I've been slacking on posting pictures on here! Oops :) Here are some pictures from the last 6 weeks!

This is me with my 17 week pregnant belly...and the Proud Daddy with his "sympathy belly!"

18 weeks - we also decided to put up our tent this weekend so that we're prepared when we finally get to go camping!

19 weeks!

At 20 weeks, my best friend, Misty, came up to visit! We also went to my other good friend, Misty's baby shower! Here are some pictures from that weekend!

We had a BIG day on 4/6 when we FINALLY got to see our baby again - and found out that HE's a HEALTHY BABY BOY!!! Here are some sonogram pictures of Connor Daniel Ratliff :)

21 weeks!

And at last 22 weeks! We received all of our nursery furniture and Jason and his brother Nick had fun putting it all together in the nursery!

Belly Updates

3/1/09 - 15 weeks and counting!

Our Trip to Alabama

Jason and I took a road trip to Killen, Alabama, on Friday, 2/20/09, to visit a very good friend of mine, Cascia (pronounced Cash-a - like cash a check :), and her family. Cascia and I have been friends since we were 12 and in Drama class together in Middle School! The road trip was a blast (even though it was about 6 hours) and I even got Jason to stop at a rest stop even though we had watched a horror movie about rest stops the night before!! We had a great time on the drive and an even better weekend with Cascia and Todd and their boys (2 year old Jack, and 4 month old Adam)! Here are some pictures from our weekend!

We're Expecting!

Jason and I found out on 12/16/08 that we were expecting our first child! Of course we didn't believe the first test and had to take a second before calling Dr. Thatcher!

We had our first sonogram on 12/21/08 and could not really see anything, but got a good report. On 1/5/09 we had our first sonogram (where we could actually see something) at 7 weeks, 1 day and learned that our due date was 8/25/09 and saw the heart beating!

We had another sonogram on 1/12/09 at 8 weeks, 1 day and saw the little arms and legs!

Our next sonogram was on 1/20/09 at 9 weeks, 2 days! We saw the baby moving and it was the COOLEST!

We went walking on Erwin's Linear Trail during week 12!
